This is a game built on tragedy, hunger and loss, played by real people who care about their characters. Sometimes it lands harder than you expected. When something here leaves you with big feelings, you do not have to carry them on your own.
The Player Advocacy Team is here for the people behind the characters. There are a hundred and one reasons why something that happened on this server, or in this community, can stir up strong feelings, and PAT are available to help you through them.
Think of them as the bridge between you and the rest of the server: a place to talk things through out of character, get some perspective, or simply be heard, and some help working out where to take it next if anything needs to happen.
When your character's feelings start following you out of the game, or the game is taking up more of your head than you would like.
Losing a character you have poured yourself into is real grief, whether it was planned, sudden, or not how you hoped it would go.
A relationship, coterie, pack or friendship ending in character can sting out of character too. That is normal, and worth talking about.
Sometimes you do not need anything fixed. You need somewhere safe to say it out loud, and someone who will listen.
Not sure where your character goes from here, or how to find your footing in your splat? PAT can help you find ideas and a direction.
If it is about this server or community and it is weighing on you, it counts. You do not need to have the words for it yet.
Go to Tickets and sign in with Discord, the same account you use for the UCP.
Choose Player Advocacy Team. It goes straight to PAT, not to the general queue.
Write as much or as little as you like. A PAT member will reply on your ticket, and you will get a Discord DM when they do.
There is no wrong reason to reach out.
For rule breaks, bugs, appeals and in-character questions, the usual Staff and Storyteller tickets are still the quickest route. If you are not sure which one you need, PAT is a fine place to start.
